Any product bought from our E-Store can be exchanged or returned via E-Store only. We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return authorization from us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with labels-in-tact. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To proceed with the return, you can contact us at any of our provided contact numbers or emails(see the contact us page). If your return is eligible, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a return and exchange policy on sale items and gift cards.
How to Return
You can return your item with any courier or postal service e.g. Post Office, LCS, TCS, etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance are provided as we are not liable for any loss or damaged items during transit.
You can also return your items by hand at our Head Office (address provided in the contact us panel) Please ensure you provide your invoice.
Sorry to say, We do not offer returns and exchanges on any of our International orders.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will contact you to inform you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be asked for a refund method of your choice e.g. bank transfer. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process after we receive your parcel. Postage costs are non-refundable unless your statutory rights apply.
